Here, employees can navigate through real-life situations and test their decision-making skills with the “What would you do?” Scenario system. With just a flip of a card, they’ll discover the correct answer while gaining access to a wealth of invaluable resources. What’s more, IHG staff can easily add or update scenarios as they please, ensuring continuous learning.
